This method works with any card and if you card is out of warranty there is nothing to loose anyway as proper fix can by more expensive than new used card but is your choice you want to try or not

That's sounds like you GPU have problem with 120 Hz on 60 all working with no problem are you sure is not a LCD problem

Looks like you do so many tests to your card and style with the team viewer is interesting and new for me thank for this tips :-) I also think you tried all of the output on card and is not working this is the problem sometimes when you buying used card is big risk. Before I will do anything I will try get that card back to sellers. Also check the warranty there maybe is still some left on it and if nothing helps I will try reheat card like I do In some of my videos

IAM fine with the white wall if it good Paint on it but screen is still better and specially silver one is nice for better reflection

What did you try btw 1030 is so cheap this day if reheat doesn't work just buy new better card if you not trying reheat just try there is nothing to loose anyway
